“Exceptional Work on Our 100-Year-Old Home”
“We hired Fabian to do a bathroom remodel & to replace all the crummy old doors for our 100 year old home. We can’t say enough good about the job he did. From the first time we met him, while making the estimate, he was respectful of our space, time & budget. He took his shoes off the first time he walked in the door & during the job he always kept the rest of the house clean & neat, vacuuming our living room daily –better than we ever do!
At one point he needed to use our kitchen as a staging area for cutting lumber & dry wall. We happened to be going out of town for the few days he did it, so to minimize dust he sealed the whole room off, cabinets, countertops & all. He tiled our bathroom floor & shower walls, gutted & rebuilt the bath, installed a new sink/vanity & painted.
When it came time to rewire our lighting & redo some of the plumbing he brought in specialists for the job. Both the electrician & the plumber had the same professional & efficient work ethic that Fabian does. In fact he gave us their contact info & we’ve since had them both do work on our restaurant space. With great results.
Everyone involved has done wonderful work at competitive rates (or below). In fact, when we felt we were going over-budget on the house’s doors & trims, he found doors that were just as solid as we wanted for much less than initially quoted & they look beautiful.
We’re having him install new windows for us soon, & can’t wait for him to start. We know he’ll do a fantastic job! Oh, & our cats, who were initially skeptical about sharing our house with him for weeks now adore him. Which is saying a lot because at times the work he did required making a lot of noise & we all know cats hate loud noise.”
